Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on eusend subscriptions. If eusend is not right for you, tell us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
Every new paid subscription and every upgrade to a higher plan is covered by a full refund for 14 days from the date of the charge. We do not ask why, and we do not deduct for emails you sent during that period.
The guarantee applies once per plan per account. If you subscribe, refund, and subscribe again to the same plan, the second charge is not covered.
2. Renewals
Subscription renewals are not automatically covered by the 14-day guarantee, because you have already used the service for a full billing period. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend — for example you meant to cancel and did not — contact us. We would rather refund it than keep money you did not mean to spend.
3. Overage charges
Usage beyond your plan's included monthly volume is billed at the overage rate shown on our pricing page and added to your next invoice. Overage reflects email we have already delivered on your behalf, so it is not refundable — except where it results from a fault or billing error on our side, in which case we will correct it.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel from Settings → Billing at any time. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your plan active until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate a partial month on cancellation — but if you cancel within 14 days of the charge, section 1 applies and you get the whole thing back.
5. Your statutory rights (EU/EEA and UK consumers)
If you buy as a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. Because eusend is a digital service that starts immediately, you are asked at checkout to consent to immediate performance, which can affect that right.
Our 14-day guarantee above is offered regardless, and nothing in this policy limits any statutory right you have as a consumer.
6. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on the account, or use the contact details on your receipt. Tell us which charge you want refunded — you do not need to explain why.
We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. How long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.
7. Who processes the refund
Purchases of eusend are sold and processed by Polar, our merchant of record. Polar appears on your statement and issues your receipt, and refunds are returned through Polar. You can raise a refund request with us or with Polar directly — either route reaches the same place.
See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for the rest of the agreement.
